allocation and licensing transactions.
His
diverse industry experience includes
manufacturing, retail, wholesale, service, professional practices, and
real
estate.
Before joining our firm in 2000, he was a Director in the
Corporate Value Consulting Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Lynton has been a guest speaker for the State Bar
of Arizona and made numerous presentations and written several
articles on
business valuation and related topics. He has provided expert testimony in
deposition and trial, and been designated an expert in the field of business
