Steve
Gillhaus has extensive experience in providing
financial reporting opinions, including valuations related to ASC 350 and
ASC 805. In addition to financial reporting-related valuations, he has also
provided
business valuation
services for:
Steve received a
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University in 1999.
Prior to joining Kotzin Valuation Partners, he provided investment management
services to individual and institutional clients at The Northern Trust Company
in Chicago.
His prior
valuation experience includes working as a senior associate in the valuation
practice of Crowe Horwath in Oak Brook, Illinois, and as an associate at Ringel
Kotzin Valuation Services in Phoenix. A Certified Public Accountant (registered
in the State of Illinois), he began his career in the audit practice
of Deloitte in Chicago.
Steve is a
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and a member of the CFA
Institute, the Phoenix CFA Society, and the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA).
