Larry Bloom is a commercial real estate appraiser with over 20 years of extensive
experience in real estate in Arizona, Illinois and other states.
Larry received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School
(University of Pennsylvania), his Real Estate Studies Certificate from the Real
Estate Institute (New York University), and is a Member of the Appraisal
Institute (MAI).
He
is a former principal of Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF), an international accounting
and real estate consulting firm where he directed the real estate consulting
division for the Phoenix and Los Angeles offices.

dealing with complex valuation and legal issues
